The XRDJ-120 is a high-speed inline checkweigher built for small pouches, sachets and rigid containers. It inspects every single item travelling on your conveyor, judges it against the target weight you set, and removes out-of-tolerance products automatically — so your line no longer depends on random manual sampling.

Every inline checkweigher follows the same four steps. First, a photoelectric sensor detects each item and its position. The item then travels over the load cell, which captures the weight at high speed while the product is still in motion. The controller compares that reading against the upper and lower limits stored in the recipe. Qualified products continue to the next station; anything outside tolerance is removed by the reject mechanism you configured.
This small pouch checkweigher suits products that are light, fast-moving and high in volume: snack bags, nuts, candy, coffee beans, seasoning sachets, small detergent sachets, cosmetic sample packets, pharmaceutical blister packs and small rigid containers.
When selecting a checkweigher for small items, look at three numbers in this order. First, the maximum product weight must sit in the lower half of the weighing range — a 50 g pouch should not run on a 1000 g machine, because accuracy degrades as the load becomes a smaller fraction of capacity. Second, the belt must be wide enough for the product to sit fully on the weighing section without hanging over the edge. Third, the speed rating must exceed your actual line speed, otherwise the product spacing becomes uneven and readings drift.
At 160 pcs/min with products near the middle of the range, ±0.5 g is realistic. Accuracy always depends on product shape, fill consistency and line speed — irregular or loosely filled products will always read worse than uniform ones.
Yes. The XRDJ-120 is designed to drop into an existing conveyor line between your VFFS or multihead weigher and the cartoning station. On-site commissioning usually takes half a day.
Up to 200 recipe groups. Operators create a new product by following on-screen prompts — no engineering knowledge required.
The frame, conveyor bracket and support legs use SUS304 food-grade stainless steel with seamless welding and no sanitary dead corners, meeting common food hygiene requirements.
