The XRDJ-300 is a wide-belt inline checkweigher for products that are too wide for a standard 120 mm belt. The 300 mm weighing conveyor handles larger pouches, boxes and multipacks while keeping the same dynamic accuracy as the narrower models, which makes it the usual choice for food and daily-chemical lines that have moved to bigger pack sizes.

The conveyor runs at constant speed through the weighing section. A load cell measures each product dynamically as it passes, and an algorithm filters out the vibration caused by the conveyor and the packaging machine upstream. The filtered value is compared with the recipe limits, and a pass or reject decision is made for every single item.
Products that suit this wide belt checkweigher include family-size snack pouches, rice and flour packs, detergent and detergent pods, laundry tablets, cat and dog food bags, frozen vegetable packs, small cartons and trial-size cosmetic multipacks.
A product must sit entirely on the weighing section. If the pack overhangs the belt edge, part of its weight transfers to the frame and the reading is no longer correct. The wider the belt, the wider the range of pack sizes you can run without changing machines, which reduces changeover time on lines that handle several formats. Over-specifying the belt width costs little and removes a common source of accuracy complaints.
The XRDJ-300 is designed to drop into an existing conveyor run. The belt height is adjustable, so it can be matched to the working height of your packaging machine and cartoner without moving the line. Optional data output via USB or Ethernet allows production records to be exported to your plant management or MES system for traceability.
Yes. Belt width and weighing-section length are both configurable, as is the conveying direction.
The weighing range and sensor determine accuracy, not the belt width. What changes is that a wider belt lets you weigh heavier or wider products on one machine while keeping the same accuracy class.
The XRDJ-120 has a 120 mm belt for small pouches and reaches ±0.05 g for very light items. The XRDJ-300 has a 300 mm belt for larger packs and is the better choice when your products are wide or your line runs several pack formats.
