인라인 검량기 | Bottle Checkweigher | Inline Weight Inspection for Bottles and Cans
Bottle filling is fast, and the fastest filling machines are exactly the ones that drift out of specification. A bottle checkweigher provides the independent verification that a filling line cannot give you by itself — every bottle is weighed after the cap is on, and any bottle outside tolerance is removed before it reaches the case packer.
병 검량기로 잡아내는 것
| Underfill | the most common defect; a nozzle partially blocked or a piston worn |
|---|---|
| Overfill | direct product giveaway, and a legal issue for net weight claims |
| Missing cap or lid | detected because an uncapped bottle is lighter by the cap weight |
| Wrong product in the line | left-over product from a previous changeover shows as a weight mismatch |
| Leaking or damaged bottle | caught by the reject mechanism before the leak reaches the case |
병 무게는 크지만 정밀도가 관건
A 500 ml water bottle filled to 500 g gives the checkweigher a much easier job than a 5 g spice sachet. With liquid products, dynamic accuracy of ±1 g is normally achievable, and the real constraint is not the load cell but the product behaviour. A bottle with a large air gap will read low and bounce; a bottle filled to the headspace will read high. That is why the reject limits should be set from your own filling data rather than from a catalogue number.
병 라인 컨베이어 설계
Bottles need side guides to prevent them touching each other, because a bottle leaning on its neighbour transfers a small amount of weight and corrupts the reading. Guides should be adjustable and set for the smallest bottle on the line. For cans, a spiral or roller conveyor gives smoother transfer than a belt. Where glass bottles are used, consider a low-inertia weighing section to reduce the effect of the impact as bottles enter the belt.
충전기·캡퍼와의 통합
The checkweigher is installed downstream of the filler and capper, and before the labeller and case packer. It should be able to receive a trigger signal from the filler so that product spacing is regular; without that, high speed weighing accuracy degrades. Verification data should be exported so that a capper jam or a nozzle problem can be traced back to the exact time it occurred.
병 검량기 선정
Provide the bottle material (glass, PET, aluminium), the nominal fill weight, the acceptable weight window from your specification, the line speed in bottles per minute, the bottle diameter and height, and whether the line handles several bottle formats. If you run both light and heavy bottles on one machine, confirm the weighing range covers both without losing the accuracy you need on the lighter one.
자주 묻는 질문
Why is my bottle weight reading lower than the nominal fill?
Most often because the bottle contains air rather than product, or because the product temperature changes its density. Compare the checkweigher reading with a manual check on a calibrated scale before adjusting limits.
Can a checkweigher detect a missing cap?
Yes, if the cap weight is meaningful relative to your tolerance window. A 2 g cap on a 500 g bottle is well within typical capability; on a 5 g product it is not, and you need a separate vision inspection instead.
What accuracy do I need for beverages?
For most beverage applications ±1 to ±2 g is sufficient and achievable. The requirement should come from your net weight declaration and the regulatory tolerance applicable to your market.
